What is subscription for?

Every household appliance needs regular care and maintenance to keep it running efficiently and to extend its lifespan. That’s exactly what our subscription plan is designed for.

With your subscription, we provide two comprehensive maintenance visits each year. These include:

A full inspection of your household appliances

Checking commonly failing parts

Leak detection

Free refrigerator water filter replacement

But that’s not all. Once a year, in addition to the general inspection, our technician will also:

Clean the dryer air duct

Clean the refrigerator coils

Clean the refrigerator drain line

How much do you charge for the service call?

We charge $75 for a service call (diagnostic). Or $99 for Longboat Key and Siesta Key area. The service call fee is applied toward the cost of your repair. With our subscription plan, the service call is FREE.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. In this case, you will lose all benefits and the warranty on the replaced parts and labor. If the subscription is resumed, the next service date will occur approximately six months after the renewal.

How long does the diagnostic take?

Diagnostics usually take 1–20 minutes. In many cases, a technician can quickly identify the issue. However, in non-standard situations, diagnostics may take up to an hour. Repairs typically take 10–30 minutes, but complex cases can require up to two hours.

If I agree to a repair but later change my mind, can I get a refund?

We typically collect a deposit to cover the cost of ordering parts and shipping, which we do the same day. You can cancel within 24 hours and notify us to receive a refund. After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Please note that the service call fee is always non-refundable.

If a spare part is needed for the repair, how long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, though sometimes it can take longer, which is beyond our control. Some common parts are available in the technician’s vehicle, but it’s not possible to carry every part for all appliances. With our subscription plan, you’ll receive discounts on both parts and labor.
