  • Ensure utilities are available if required

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Missed or late cancellations may incur fees.

5. Payments

A deposit is required before any repair work is scheduled, parts are ordered, or services are performed.

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the repair service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A deposit is required for all repair services.

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making a deposit and receive a full refund (Excluding the amount for diagnostics or service call).

Exceptions may apply at the sole discretion of the company in cases of emergency or duplicate bookings.
